We want you to love your Avere gloss. If you don't, you get your money back.

The 30-day promise

• Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full price of your order.
• No need to send the tube back, and no questions asked.
• Refunds go to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, leaking or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days and we'll send a replacement right away at no cost.

Product quality

Every tube is made in the USA and shipped from our Pittsburgh studio. Each one carries a printed expiry code on the crimp end. If a tube ever seems off in texture, smell or packaging before that date, email us with the code and we'll replace it.

What's not covered

• Orders bought from resellers we don't authorize.
• Wholesale orders, which follow the terms in your wholesale agreement.
